Terms of Service

These terms apply to cleaning services provided by TidyGlow Cleaning Services in Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Mission and surrounding Fraser Valley communities. By booking service you agree to the terms below.

Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on this website are starting points. Your written quote is the binding price for the agreed scope of work. If the condition of the property differs materially from what was described — for example excessive clutter, heavy buildup or undisclosed hazards — we will pause and confirm a revised price with you before continuing.

Booking and access

You agree to provide safe access to the property at the agreed time, along with running water and electricity. If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a lockout fee may apply to cover the reserved slot.

Rescheduling and cancellation

We ask for at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a residential visit. Recurring visits rescheduled with that notice incur no charge. Commercial contracts follow the notice period set out in your service agreement.

Payment

Residential service is payable on completion by e-transfer or credit card unless pre-authorized billing is arranged. Commercial accounts are invoiced with net-14 terms unless otherwise agreed. Overdue accounts may incur interest at 2% per month.

Our Care Guarantee

If any area falls short of the agreed checklist, notify us within 24 hours of the visit and we will return to correct it at no additional charge. This guarantee covers workmanship, not pre-existing damage, wear or permanent staining.

Damage and liability

We are fully insured and bonded. Accidental damage caused by our team should be reported within 48 hours so we can assess and resolve it. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, improperly installed or fragile items, or items that were not disclosed as requiring special handling.

Items of value

Please secure cash, jewellery, firearms and irreplaceable items before our arrival. We are happy to clean around locked areas and will not open safes, locked drawers or personal storage unless you have asked us to.

Health and safety

Please tell us in advance about biohazards, pest infestations, sharps, mould, hoarding conditions, or anyone in the household who is unwell. We reserve the right to decline or stop work where a genuine safety risk exists.

Photography

Our team may photograph completed work for quality assurance and internal records. We will never publish identifiable images of your property without your written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.
