How we train and screen our teams
Every TidyGlow team member completes bonded background screening, WHMIS training and our documented method and standards program before working unsupervised. Medical, childcare and industrial crews receive additional site-specific training, and our lead cleaners carry certification for scissor lifts and fall protection where the work requires it.
We carry $5M commercial general liability insurance along with full WSBC workers coverage, and we are happy to provide certificates of insurance and named-insured endorsements to property managers or procurement teams.
Eco-minded by default
We favour biodegradable, phosphate-free, low-VOC chemistry, HEPA-filtered vacuums and microfiber systems that cut both water and chemical consumption. If your household or facility needs a fragrance-free or scent-sensitive protocol, tell us and we will build the visit around it.
