Construction dust settles everywhere — inside cabinets, on top of door frames, in vents and across every horizontal surface. Standard cleaning will simply spread it around, which is why post-construction work uses HEPA filtration and a strict top-down sequence.
We handle rough cleanup during the build and final sparkle cleanup once trades have finished, so the space is truly presentation-ready.

How many construction cleanups do I need?
Most projects benefit from a rough clean mid-project and a final clean after the last trade leaves. We can quote both stages together.
Do you remove leftover materials and packaging?
Light debris and packaging removal is included. Bulky construction waste haul-away can be arranged as an add-on service.
Can you clean before flooring is installed?
Yes, that is often the ideal window. We also return after flooring, trim and paint are complete for the final detail pass.
